    Capacity

    35 MW

35 MW Solar Power Plant is constructed in 68 Hectors of land at Khandiya, District Surendranagar, Gujarat. The plant was commissioned on 19.03.2022. The power potential of 35 MW is harnessed through Solar photovoltaic crystalline technology with minimum annual generation of 24.39% CUF, 74.79 MU at a Capacity Utilization Factor of > 23%. The major project components include DC field, String Monitoring Boxes(SMB), Inverter rooms, Inverter Duty Transformers, Control rooms, 33 KV transmission line, Switch yard, Meteorological station, SCADA, CCTV surveillance etc. DC field consists of around 1.28 lakh Multicrystalline Photovoltaic panels (335Wp) erected on fixed tilt MMS trackers. There are 190 string inverters with the rating of 185 kW.

The DC power received at inverter is stepped-up to 33 KV AC power which is further stepped-up and connected to 66 KV grid network through 33/66KV switchyard. The power from the Project is evacuated through 1 KM, 66 KV transmission line 66 KV GETCO Khandiya S/S.
